Due to the digital nature of my downloads refunds will not be given on EBooks. I've never had to issue a refund since this website has been in business so buy with confidence. I have tons of free sample downloads through this website, and tons of free items at www.gigglygames.net/freebies.htm so please download and print a sample before purchasing to make sure your computer system supports PDF Files. I will gladly replace a CD for the same title if there is a problem with the CD that you have purchased. I ship CDs only to the United States and Canada. Buy with confidence.
